By accessing or using Velm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service. Please read these terms carefully before using the app.
Use of Service
Velm provides access to calming audio soundtracks and ASMR video content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Velm complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and community guidelines in your jurisdiction.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach
Velm is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
Content Guidelines
All video content on Velm is provided by approved creators only. Users cannot upload content directly within the app. To become an approved creator, you must:
- Contact us for channel approval
- Meet our quality, safety, and content standards
- Comply with our creator guidelines and community rules
- Maintain appropriate and respectful ASMR content
We reserve the right to review, refuse, or remove any content that does not align with our guidelines or that we consider harmful, inappropriate, or disruptive.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Velm and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Prohibited Activities
When using Velm, you agree that you will not:
- Use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, accounts, systems, or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service or servers
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or creators on the platform

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Velm, or your account, immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior that we deem harmful or inappropriate.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms, such as intellectual property rights and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) for access to the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app.
By continuing to use Velm after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
